What is the Cab Fresh guarantee?
Every Cab Fresh filter we ship is 100% guaranteed. If the filter doesn't perform as promised — or arrives with a manufacturing defect — call us at 800-457-3739 and we'll make it right with a replacement.
How often should I change the filter element?
Most drivers replace the filter element every 6 months under normal over-the-road conditions. If you're running dusty job sites, construction routes, or have heavy allergy seasons, plan on a more frequent swap.
How do I order a replacement element?
Replacement elements are stocked at most Cab Fresh dealers. You can also order directly from us — every product detail page lists the replacement element part number (e.g. R19014). Call our team or send an email and we'll line up shipping.
Do I need new mounting hardware when I replace the element?
No — the push-pull fasteners and screws are reusable. The replacement element drops into the existing housing. If hardware ever gets lost or damaged, give us a call.

Call our team at 800-457-3739 or send a message and select "Warranty claim" from the subject menu. Have your part number ready — it's printed on every filter housing and listed in your order confirmation email.
